A Message about Disney Parks from Chief Medical Officer Dr. Pamela Hymel

The Mature Mouse™ is scheduled for a trip to Disneyland in July. Even if the park is open by then, and given all the precautions mentioned in this article, unless there is a vaccine, I will not be going to a Disney park this year.

What are your thoughts about returning to Disney Parks?

Happy New Year!

The Mature Mouse™ has been quiet for some time. My apologies. I plan to post more in the new year. There has been a lot of changes happening in Walt Disney World, and I will be discussing them in the future. And, there are still things I wanted to talk about from my April 2018 trip.

Today, however, I wanted to share some exciting news: The Mature Mouse™ is heading to Disneyland in July. As you might have read in my first blog, posted years ago, my first trip to Disneyland happened back in 1970, at the age of 12, during Disneyland’s 15th anniversary. It is 50 years later, I am 62, and Disney is turning 65.Disneyland-Spring-2012_327

I will keep you updated on my planning, as well as the trip itself. Please share your experiences and tips for the Disneyland Resort.
